Adult Life Skills & Community Support
Passport Funding: Adult Programs at Peak
Supporting neurodivergent adults in building independence, confidence, and community connection.
Our Passport-funded services are designed to empower adults with developmental disabilities — including Autism, ADHD, and intellectual disabilities — to lead more independent, meaningful, and socially connected lives. Each program is flexible, respectful of autonomy, and built around an individual’s goals, interests, and strengths.
Whether you’re just beginning to explore adulthood, navigating daily living skills, or looking for opportunities to connect and grow — Peak is here to walk beside you.
What Our Adult Programs Offer
We help adults build skills that support everyday life, personal development, and community participation.
Supports may include:
Daily living & self-care routines
Cooking, meal prep & kitchen safety
Budgeting, banking & money management
Time management & organization strategies
Community outings & social participation
Transit training & safe community navigation
Employment readiness and vocational skills
Social communication & relationship boundaries
Recreational activities, hobbies & confidence building
Each plan is personalized — no two journeys look alike, and that’s the beauty of neurodiversity.
How Support is Delivered
You can choose the support style that works best:
1:1 skill development sessions
Small group programs for social growth and community connection
In-home or community-based support
Respite for caregivers and families
Sessions are structured to build confidence, reduce overwhelm, and help individuals slowly expand independence in a way that feels safe, supported, and empowering.

A Pathway Toward Autonomy
Adulthood is a journey, not a destination. With compassionate support, neurodivergent adults can discover what independence looks like for them — in their own time, in their own way.
At Peak, we meet people where they are, and walk with them as they grow.
